Food Production Practical conducted at Quantum University

Minor Food Production Practical on Indian Cuisine is conducted by School of Hospitality and Tourism at Food Production lab on 9/2/2019 from 1:35pm onward. Chef Provides vital information to students related to various section of Food Production Department  especially focusing on culinary art, Indian Cuisine Further chef also guided students about various activities related to food production in which they can participate Like Testing, Presentation of Indian food. Students of minors actively participated in the practical and prepared various delicious Indian dishes such as Cholle, Bhature and beetroot Halwa. They learn the basic techniques of cooking, using ingredients, temperature as well as the presentation of food.
